Waterford H-D throw open the doors
This coming Friday and Saturday, the 15th band 16th of March sees H-D officially declare a start to the 2024 motorcycle season. To mark the event WHD are hosting an open house. One of the big features is the availability of a full fleet of bikes to choose from and test ride.
Ready to roll
First up is the very latest Street-Glide. The companies first demo is new model of a classic machine from the Grand American Touring range brings a whole load of new tech, a new gearbox and clutch as well as a newly designed Milwaukee-Eight engine.
All new, all good
Then there’s the Sportster S. Once again this is a 2024 model and features all of this years updates. This includes features such as cruise control, a choice of rider modes and a smartphone connection that allows the rider to see the map on the bikes ‘clocks’. It’s also propelled by the new Revolution Max engine.
Well specced, ready to ride
One of the really good things when it comes to used Harleys is that they’re nearly all are customised to one extent or another. That’s very much the case with this Dyna Fat Bob. The front fairing is custom as are the rider and pillion pegs.
A fresh take on the brand
H-Ds Nightster 975 special is another new departure for the company. The seating position centres the rider on it and details like the under seat fuel tank centre the bikes balance point. The engine, meanwhile, draws heavily on the Milwaukee Eight and it produces a healthy 95 bhp.
A classic
There’s also a Heritage Softtail Classic. A classic 2027 model, this one comes adorned with a pillion backrest, a H-D windscreen and a set of leather panniers. It’s ready to tour on! And it has a full Vance And Hines exhaust system.
Ready for adventure!
Harley-Davidson launched the ground breaking Panamerica a few years ago. Powered, once again, by the new generation of Milwaukee-Eight engines, the tall tourer has to be ridden to really experience what these bikes are all about. Perfectly easy to use on a trail as it is to use on the road, the bike is also available to ride this weekend.
To book a test ride please drop an email to sales@waterfordhd.com or give any of the lads a call on 051844200. You'll need to bring your own rider kit.
