Yamaha XMAX 300

The new Yamaha XMAX 300 is equipped with a new premium quality seat that matches the more refined finish seen throughout this sport scooter. An independent rider's backrest gives good support for increased comfort. The new two-tone finish and high quality detailing, including the new emblems, make for a machine that you can be proud to commute on. Instruments feature a black background with white numerals for both the tacho and speedo. This gives a clear, classy and easy to read display. Additional information is shown in the centre section.

The 300cc engine was designed by using Yamaha's advanced Blue Core technology, whose fundamental aim is to achieve more power using less fuel. By analysing every aspect of the 4-stroke engine's operation, including its fuel injection system, Yamaha engineers have been able to reduce power losses as well as increase fuel efficiency and achieve higher levels of performance.

Yamaha XMAX 300 - High Spec

The face of the Yamaha XMAX 300 features a state of the art LED headlights with a central light that gives it that TMAX look. The bike is also equipped with a double clamp telescopic fork and twin rear shocks to ensure sporty motorcycle-like handling together with decent high-speed stability.

This is a high spec machine. A traction control system even comes as standard. That’s not all, it also comes with keyless ignition. The lights are LED units all round and there is enough storage space under the seat for two full face helmets. When you’re on the bike it’ll carry a big lock and chain as well as a laptop or day bag with ease. There is, of course, a charging socket for your phone.

The XMAX 300's chassis was developed to give the machine a sporty ride together with lightweight agility. The choice of wheel and tyre sizes play a significant part in shaping any scooter's handling characteristics and in order to achieve dynamic sports performance together with easy manoeuvrability in town, this is equipped with a 15-inch front wheel and 14-inch rear. Braking power is supplied by a 267mm front disc and a 240mm rear disc, and ABS is fitted as standard.
