Yamaha XMAX 125

Yamaha are probably the most influential and innovative manufacturers in the sport scooter segment ever since they introduced of the original TMAX.

This was a machine that forever changed the image of the scooter. It went on to totally dominate the sport market for nearly twenty years. Its remarkable success was followed up with the development of Yamaha's XMAX range of sport scooters. The European manufactured MAX line is now one of Yamaha's best selling ranges globally.

Yamaha have now added a newly designed, higher specification version of the ever-popular XMAX 125 that has made the lives of over 140,000 customers so much better and easier since way back in 2006. The latest 125 joins the highly successful 300 and 400cc versions to complete the latest family of XMAX models.

The new machine offers urban and suburban commuters a stylish, convenient and economical way to beat the city traffic - and because it can be ridden by anyone with an A1 license, it is the easiest and most accessible entry into the world of sport scootering.

Yamaha XMAX 125 - All You'll Ever Need

The new bike features an even more dynamic design. Sporty dual LED headlights and LED position lights underline the forceful MAX family look. The high quality feel is complemented by the fitment of LED taillights and guide lights. There is also a new traction control system as well as a convenient smart key keyless ignition.

At the heart of this scooter there's a single cylinder liquid-cooled SOHC 125cc 4-stroke euro 4 compliant engine that gives the Yamaha XMAX 125 lively acceleration away from the traffic lights - together with a strong cruising speed when our on the dreaded M50. Its fully automatic V-belt transmission gives seamless 'twist and go' acceleration making it the ideal urban and suburban commuter.

There is an adjustable screen, as well as handlebars that offer a choice of two positions - with forwards and backwards adjustability - allowing everyone to select the most ergonomic riding position. One size, does indeed, fit all.
